Analysis and Evaluation of the Influence of Different Drum Forms of Peanut Harvester on Pod-Pickup Quality

Aiming at the problems of high missed-pickup rate and crushed caused by different types peanut harvester pickup drums, tracking a field comparative experiment from 2020 to 2021, rate, quality distribution, distribution rule pods with degrees crushing observed in two varieties drums were studied. Three kinds pod-pickup set up: axial flow (T1), tangential (T2) tangential–axial (T3), they installed on form three harvest test stands. At same time, control stand (CK) without was up. Peanut “Shanhua 9” “Huayu22” 10 water content levels used. Using Origin2018 software, statistically analyzed for harvested drums. The results showed that average T1, T2 T3, order small large. more less pods, medium large which indicated likely be missed. pod rates T3 Shanhua 9 2.06%, 2.19% 2.45%, those Huayu22 1.74%, 1.91% 2.23%, so T3. decreased obviously decrease content. After T1 test, proportion severely least, followed T2, highest higher content, after than test.
